Decolonizing Our Bodies & Minds
Address anxiety, race-based traumatic stress, and the systemic pressures that weigh heavily on BIPOC individuals. Enter a wellbeing sanctuary where societal norms are challenged, the layers of conditioning can safely be peeled back, and rediscover authenticity beyond the lens of cultural expectations.

Learn the explicit and subtle ways that colonization impacts faith and infuses Christian culture, overwhelmingly shaping our faith institutions, our spiritual practices, and distorts our relationship with God.

Decolonizing Faith
For organizations, corporations, universities, affinity groups, schools/school districts, movement groups, group retreats, and community wellness seekers.

...Because what is faith if it doesn't also free you?

Explore methods for collective and individual wellbeing as systemic instability disproportionately impacts BIPOC professionals. This offering provides a foundation of healing for people of color who have been exposed to racial trauma and race-based toxic and/or chronic stress. Rather than exacerbate the existing impacts of trauma that inhibit success by leading your colleagues through another professional development session focused on team-building, dive deeply into the practices and mindsets that serve as a therapeutic intervention for the entire community while maintaining professionalism and commitment to your organization’s values.

In the pursuit of equity, liberation, inclusion, and justice it’s easy to get lost, become confused, or feel pulled in a billion different directions in our daily social change efforts. Gain tools that will help you shift away from outward listening, towards inner listening, and leap towards outward action. Explore a framework to map out your role for change in your community, based on your own values and your inner authority.
