behavioral health strategy

Founded to address the complex and dynamic mental health challenges that BIPOC professionals face as barriers to ensuring that people of color are able to access a high quality wellbeing education regardless of societal and social-emotional barriers. What started as an approach to implementing evidence-based therapy in professional environments over time became a multi-tiered approach to addressing the wellbeing needs of BIPOC adults across various settings.
These sessions are designed to address anxiety, race-based traumatic stress, and the systemic pressures that weigh heavily on BIPOC individuals. The delivery of content can be modified to fit the needs of a diverse array of stakeholders in your organization. Also the session or series can be delivered in person or virtually, or a hybrid model within these two modalities. Fill out the form above to share your vision for our work together!
Offered in person and virtually (depending on your location).
