Welcome Home

You may hold multiple identities

Every part of you is welcome here.

and many intersectionalities.

BIPOC women, families, & queer folks
As a black cis-woman, identity, inclusion, equity, and belonging are focal points for me. I am passionate about serving BIPOC folk(x), that they may heal from anxiety, racial stress, and racial trauma from dominant and fast-paced culture.
Those who are sensing a call towards change
I support individuals in learning how to hear the voice of their own inner wisdom, so that we can honor our inner authority and inner truths.
Folks with a range of economic backgrounds
We all deserve sacred tools and access to healing spaces. My sliding scale approach is offered to reflect a range of personal financial situations.

Challenge the pervasive influence of white supremacy and societal expectations that stifle authenticity.

Transformation seekers who are deconstructing old narratives

Or you maybe you are...

  • Seeking a more holistic approach to therapy that will support your healing from burnout

  • Ready to evolve past the limits of tradition and find relief from harmful religious frameworks that breed fear and suppress dignity.

  • Experiencing a major life transition while seeking a space to explore your relationship with the Sacred without judgement

  • Expanding your spiritual foundation & deepen your spiritual practices

  • Hoping to align your professional life with your spiritual life

  • Eager to learn from other leaders in spiritual community

If any of this speaks to you, welcome home!

This may not be right for you if...

  • You are strongly committed to one specific outcome. Each offering takes the individual on an exploration of the self, how your identity and background informs how you show up in the world, and the larger societal influences that impact our daily lives.

As such, this journey is likely to astonish you! So if you are deeply dedicated to achieving a singular outcome, these services may not align with your expectations.

  • You are not ready to explore the whole self. This work allows individuals to delve deeper into their personal history and increase self-awareness. If you are not prepared for this aspect of self-improvement, this journey might not be suitable for you.

  • Your sole focus is on seeking definitive answers. Whether it is through therapy, somatic work, spiritual direction, spiritual discernment, or community care, soul work is beautifully mysterious and deeply humbling. If yielding to uncertainty is not your style, or if curiosity isn't valuable to you, this may not be the journey you are looking for.
